I had a great time taking some maternity photos for this sweet couple on Valentine's Day.  It was a little bit chilly and windy, but they were real troopers. They wanted to keep some of the photos secret, so I decided just to do a little, mini sneak peek.  Enjoy!

Baby C | Smithfield, NC Newborn Photographer

Last week my best teacher friend had her very first baby.  She came a little bit earlier than expected, but is absolutely perfect!  I took some photos at the hospital after she arrived, but today I got a chance to do a real newborn shoot at her house.  She was just the best little model ever.  I haven't photographed a small, sleepy newborn in so long that I forgot how easy it is to get all the shots when they are completely zonked out.  She made my job totally easy today, and in return I will be spoiling her forever!  Here's a sneak peek at baby C's newborn shoot...

 She was SUCH a good little model!

 We even got some photos with daddy's Air Force uniforms :)

Baby B | Clayton, NC Newborn Photographer

I had the opportunity to photograph a brand new little bundle this weekend!  She was one of the most alert newborns I've ever photographed.  She was so curious to see what I was doing, and even made eye contact with the camera a few times!  We fought hard to get her to sleep at the end of the shoot and succeeded just in time.  Her sweet baby cheeks are to die for, so here's just a tiny peek into her newborn shoot!
