I love that all of my high school friends are getting married and having kids, not only because those are exciting parts of life, but also because I get to document some of these amazing events.  Last night I got to photograph my friend's first year anniversary!  Mandy and Ryan are both so fun and sweet.  They took me for an adventure around their house and into downtown Raleigh for an exciting sunset photo shoot.  Ryan is a member of the Raleigh Police Department, and we are all very grateful for your service to our great city.  I feel like this photo shoot fell right out of a romance novel... I mean suspenders, a man in uniform on a motorcycle, and cute dresses?!  What more could a girl ask for?  I hope you enjoy Mandy and Ryan's first year anniversary sneak peek...

I am currently trying to catch up on my editing and blog posting!  This is a session from last Saturday.  I love when clients come back for more photos, and Shelly and Ray were my second "official" wedding as a "professional" photographer.   They chose me to capture their big day, and I was so happy when she asked me to take some more photos of them!  They are such a gorgeous and sweet couple, and definitely flexible after our venture to take photos at Pullen Park turned into a little bit of a fiasco with absolutely NO parking anywhere!  We ended up on the beautiful campus of NC State and the weather was just perfect, so I hope you enjoy their sneak peek!

Chapel Hill Family Photographer

About a year ago I met these cuties at their house for my first twin shoot ever! I had the pleasure of taking another round of photos for this beautiful family a couple of weeks ago. The last time I saw these boys they could only sit up for about 10 seconds, so it was so fun to see how much they've grown!  It is always an adventure taking photos of families with a toddler...so it was a double adventure when we met up at the beautiful UNC campus in Chapel Hill!  They were the fastest toddlers I've ever seen, and I hope you enjoy this little sneak peek from their session.
