Bridal Portraits Yates Mill | Raleigh, NC Photographer

I have been waiting FOREVER to share these photos with you guys.  [I wrote this in January and it KILLED me to wait to hit publish!!!]  I had permission to post these after 7 p.m. NC time today, and my bride said she was dying to share them too!!!  I've known Julianne since high school, so I was really excited when she asked me to take some family photos of her and her brother a while ago, and then doubly excited when she asked me to take her bridal portraits!  Julianne had a small, family wedding in Mexico, but she wanted to have some bridal portraits done here in NC before the big day.  Yates Mill is such a versatile location, and I feel like I find a new place there every time I go.  It was such a gorgeous day for a photo shoot [75 degrees in January!], and Julianne definitely rocked her dress.  I loved her beautiful flowers and simple, elegant jewelry.  Without further babbling, here are a few of Julianne's bridals!

What a beautiful day with a beautiful bride!

K Family Sneak | Raleigh, NC Family Photographer

One of my favorite things about being a photographer is getting to know people.  Most of my clients are friends of friends, and I feel like I have built a little network of really wonderful clients and friends.  The Knutson family has been one of the most amazing families that I've gotten to know over the past few years.  I have had the absolute pleasure of taking their photos from maternity to newborns, first year, and family photos.  I am always laughing and smiling when I'm with them because they are just so funny and sweet.  They have stuck with me through my ever-growing knowledge of photography from the very beginning.  Thank you guys so much for sticking it out as I continue to learn and grow as a photographer!

This session took a while to get to because Bill Clinton decided to photobomb our original session date and then I got sick.  We finally got it together on Black Friday at Pullen Park for this super fun, fall session.  The entire time I edited this session I was giggling [just ask my husband] because Annazalie is such a cutie!  There are lots of outtakes and behind-the-scenes from this shoot that I can't wait for the Knutson's to see, and I'll include a few on here just for giggles :).  I hope you enjoy their sneak peek!
